Baghdad TV, Dec. 23
– A female demonstrator: The National Accord Front has held a great demonstration. The electoral commission was supposed to be independent but they manipulated the vote and they want to destroy Iraq's future. We condemn that. They want to be the only ones in the government…

Reporter: Hundreds of thousands of people have participated in this demonstration. The message of this demonstration and the force you see here are the same 45 percent of the Iraqis whom some people intended to ignore. All kinds of people are here – Shiites, Turkmens and others. The demands are clear. Many know the realities. Iraq is not something that comes from outside the borders.

Al-Sharqiya TV, Dec. 23- The city of Samara, north of Baghdad, was today witness to a demonstration staged by the Iraqi National Accordance Front, which was held after the Friday prayer. The demonstrators condemn the announced election results and accused the Supreme electoral commission of manipulating the vote, also demanding a review under the supervision of international observers.

Bagdad TV, Dec. 23 – Final statement of the Iraqi Accord Front's demonstration in Baghdad:

First, we call on the United Nations to conduct a fair, just and serious investigation.

Second: We demand a regulation and change in the results announced by the supreme electoral commission.

Third: We demand a new election to be held under the United Nations' supervision and observance in areas where rigging and intimidation took place before, during and after the elections, specifically in Baghdad, Basra, Kirkuk and Hilla.

If the Front's demands are not met, we will review our policy of participating in Iraq's political process.
